The members of UFCW (United Food and Commercial Workers) are a group of people just like you who stand together to protect their rights at work and improve their lives.

UFCW 8-Golden State, who represents workers throughout Central and Northern California, is part of the UFCW International Union. Our purpose is to look out for the best interests of our members and their family.

UFCW 8 negotiates a contract with the employer, which outlines wages, work schedules, benefits, retirement, and numerous other working conditions. We make sure our members are treated fairly at work, and our members' health care is there when they need it.

Our members are part of a large family of workers who look out for each other every day.
